Weight Loss Tips.

• Drink tons of water. Like before during and after meals and exercise, when you first wake up,through out the day, Ect. TONS OF IT
• Eat lots of Fresh fruits and Vegetables.
• Exercise.
• Take the stairs.
• Healthy eating. Freeze grapes over night. Sweet and tasty Snack
• Jump rope. Not only is it fun exercise. But it helps build up Stamina.
• Just dance it’ll burn off calories!
• Walk your dog, Or a neighbors dog. If it is a neighbors dog you might even make a little extra cash.
• Make sure to walk at least an hour a day
• Breathing exercise. Suck in your tummy. Take a DEEP breathe. Let the breathe out but don’t unsuck your tummy.
• Stretch in the morning. And whenever you can. (make sure to in morning)
• Do 50 sit ups whenever you can.
• Do 50 jumping jacks When ever possible.
• Join a gym if possible.
• Do some kind of Martial arts.
• Do 20 push ups whenever possible,
• Park as far away from the store as possible.
• Try to run at least 20 minutes a day.
• NO SODAS.
• What is your goal weight? Multiply it by 12 that is how many calories you should consume to meet that goal weight.
• Try to cut out all junk foods. A cookie here and there is NOT bad.
• No fast food. Avoid it at all costs.
• Walk places. If it is just around the corner. Why waste the Gas?
• Make sure to get enough sleep. Sleep is important.
• NEVER SKIP A MEAL!!
• EAT BREAKFAST. It gives you energy until Lunch.
• Keep bottled water with you all the time. (keeps you from having to drink soda)
• Find a work out buddy.
• If possible Go to walmart and  find a work out DVD Do the workout whenever possible.
• Remember you can do it. Don’t put your self down. Remember the positives not the negatives.
• start with little goals like a pound a week is healthy or 5 pounds a month
• Be reasonable. Losing 50 pounds in a month is not reasonable!

Is freaking amazing. You know it I know it. He has been through many hard times and still gets through it all. He had a shitty childhood. But he never let that stop him. His music is good. And is REAL RAP! Yeah, He probably has some screws up in his head loose, But it’s better then what’s happening your your parents bedroom. Lol. I love him alot! I never met him, But I hope to one day get the chance to just tell him How great I think he is. Anyways. Teachers. (BLEH!)

Teachers. Teachers. Teachers. Or let’s say. LAME LAME LAME! I don’t just not like teachers because they work for the school. Most of them are rude! I mean I get in trouble for nothing. Mr. Hicks. My American History Teacher took up my lip gloss for no reason. Tell me in the handbook where it says NO LIP GLOSS? I don’t even want it back! He has it for like 5 days! He could of like used it. NASTY! And my English teacher is like PMSING! Gosh! One day she is in a great mood all happy the next she is ready to kill us all! My Spanish teacher has us do all this lame busy work pretty much. It don’t even help me learn it! And she is rude!!! My Dance teacher is also always yelling at me for nothing. Just because I didn’t have note saying Brittni Can’t breathe she made me dance. Then I almost passed out. And sometimes she yells at me for not trying hard enough when I am busting my butt! My science teacher, Mrs. Berg is just too happy and weird! Lol. But she sometimes just gets mad for no reason. Also My Math teacher. HATE HER HATE HER HATE HER! She yells at us for talking when NOONE is even talking. She is nuts I say NUTS! She wants us to do tons of homework every night and when we turn it in incomplete we get in trouble. Ug! Well I hate teachers!

Rape..

People use that word “rape’ Like it is nothing. I heard this girl, She was like 15 had sex wit a 20 year old. Her mom found out. So she accused him of RAPE. So she wouldn’t get Kicked out. And she claims she loves him and all this other junk. But She wasn’t raped. He didn’t even wanna do it. She seduced him! Seriously The word Rape is being used way to frequently I mean People use it to get out of trouble or so people won’t think they are sluts. They don’t think of how it could ruin the guys life. That guy will be going to jail for something he didn’t wanna do in the first place! Ug! It is really lame how people are these days. Why Can’t people mature up to MY LEVEL?

DOG ABUSE!!!

Clowns are funny, Jokes are funny, Someone falling is funny, dog abuse is NOT funny! Some abuse is worse then others but all abuse is WRONG… Dog abuse is any harm to your dog. Physical, mental, or even emotional harm. Leaving your dog in the car too long is abuse. So is neglect. Neglect is failure to provide common needs like food, water, shelter, shade, and vet care. If you hit them, Don’t feed them enough, or make them fight another dog, YOU ARE ABUSING THEM!! Dog cruelty problems are people problems!

I will give you some tips on how to help STOP DOG ABUSE! The easiest and best way is to NEVER I mean it NEVER hit your dog! Report any and all abuse you see. (you might be saving as dog’s life!) You could even donate money or volunteer at a local Human society.

Although many dog abusers pay for what they did many are still out there hurting poor defenseless dogs. So don’t hit dogs, Give them a nice belly rub instead!!!

SEX

Why are kids so worried about having sex. It doesn’t make you any better then anyone else. I mean, Honestly it makes you a slut. Wait. Grow up. If you really think your ready to have a sex before you even hit 18 then your immature and really not ready. Seriously. Kids these days need to mature and act like are older then 3. Sex isn’t what makes you mature or grown up. It is making decisions that are adult like. Sex is not something that should be  such a “hot topic” I mean it isn’t as Big a deal as everyone makes it out to be. Kids need to learn that having sex can make the break up so much harder. (yes I am calling teenagers kids) I am just tired of hearing how 15 year olds are bragging about the girl they had sex with last week. If you are bragging about it then your lame. Keep your sex life to yourself. And you sex life should be nothing unless you in love.

 

 

I know this is not the best but when I vent sometimes I don’t get all the points out or make much sense.

Abortion.

Abortion. Big topic these days. But why? Why should we be talking about killing? Murdering? “Oh it’s just a fetus!” No. It is a human. Just because you decided to go get pregnant and know you don’t wanna take  responsibility ain’t the babies fault. So you need to grow up and mature. Don’t just kill someone because your lazy, and selfish. Also don’t use the excuse. I can’t afford it, Ect. ADOPTION!!!! There are many people out there who are physically unable to have a baby I am sure they would be more then happy to take him/her of your hands.. ABORTION IS WRONG!!!

 

 

How would you feel to never get the chance to Breathe? Or feed? How would you feel to never get to walk? Or talk? How would you feel to never have the chance to live? Or give? How you feel to be dead before you were born? To never eat corn? How would you feel to get you life tooken away? Without a even a say? ABORTION IS WRONG! ! !
